PERTHESE® GX and GXL

Inflatable Micro-textured Tri-laminated Mammary Implants

The inflatable PERTHESE® implants constitute a new generation of mammary implants answering to the needs of reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery with the best possible security.

The implants minimize the risk of the formation of surrounding hard tissue by favoring a gentle fastening to the peripheral tissue as well as disorientation of the fibrous elements of the capsule as a result of the MICRO-TEXTURED EXTERNAL SURFACE.

Easy to implant, they form an extremely resilient structure thanks to their TRI-LAMINATED ENVELOPE made up of THREE LAYERS of pure MEDICAL GRADE silicone.

Implantation can be achieved through a relatively small and varied incision site due to the possibility of being filled intra-operatively. They ensure a perfectly natural final result thanks to their LOW PROFILE. Anterior diaphragm valve designed for easy saline filling and subsequent air removal with a sterile disposable fill tube supplied with each product. Valve design especially convenient for periareolar incisions. Valve incorporates a snap-in-place plug to retard tissue ingrowth.

The Perthese® GX and GXL inflatable mammary implants are manufactured according to the pharmaceutical industry standards:

- Production and packaging in clean rooms.
- Quality control at all stages of production.
- Packaged in a rigid thermo-sealed double blister-pack.
- Sterilization by ethylene-oxide at LPS (An approved pharmaceutical French establishment).
